How the information is used
The specific information we ask for is necessary to enable us to process your flight booking and provide you with air transportation. This includes your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address together with your billing address credit or debit card number, expiry date and security numbers where necessary.
If you are making a booking on behalf of other passengers please make sure that you have gained their consent to divulge such information.
Disclosure of information to third parties
Regional Air will not disclose the personal information you have provided to any unrelated third parties except: in the case of an emergency situation when we are required to do so by law; for the purpose of administrating your booking; where required to ensure the safety and security of our company and our customers and/or to protect the operation of our systems; to ensure compliance and enforcement of relevant regulations.
Regional Air may provide statistical data to third parties but these cannot individually identify a customer.
How we use your personal data
Regional Air may pass your data to third parties in order to facilitate related transactions to your journey such as hotel accommodation.
Use of “cookies”
“Cookies” are pieces of data stored by your browser provided by Regional Air in order for us to identify your computer and your email address. These enable us to give a more personalised service on any future bookings. They do not store personal information. Cookies can be deleted from your hard drive according to the procedures of your equipment and software.
